It does amazing things to your body!!! I am loving life right now. I love who I've turned into and it is so fun to see all the changes in me have affected our family. I love how people tell me that I inspire them, that's priceless and very humbling. Seriously, if I can do this anyone can do it. A few mistakes, but nothing that can't be changed. I find I eat better if I have my veggies cut up the night before and I need to get a water bottle!!! Exercising=sore...that was me yesterday and today. This next week is going to rock! </div><div> </div><div>I started riding my bike with my neighbor every morning while we pull our kids in the bike trailer. We do that for 45 minutes before I go to the gym for an hour. Today so good so far. I'm very excited because three of my pairs of jeans did not make it to the button. Not good. I have a girlfriend I go ridding bikes with in the morning pulling our babies, so that should burn at least 200 calories. I can already tell I need to stop eating Boston's left overs.
