Starting weigh in week one, round 3.

This time around I'm not in it to loose more weight. I need to be accountable to someone. My goals are to maintain and tone. I started Bill Phillips total transformation. It's awesome, very inspiring and you should check it out. www.transformation.com I also LOVE www.crossfit.com it's amazing, all using your own body weight, with out a gym and the results are awesome. It does amazing things to your body!!! I am loving life right now. I love who I've turned into and it is so fun to see all the changes in me have affected our family. I love how people tell me that I inspire them, that's priceless and very humbling. Seriously, if I can do this anyone can do it. It's hard, but the results are so worth it.

Another Week


So I have done pretty good so far. A few mistakes, but nothing that can't be changed. I find I eat better if I have my veggies cut up the night before and I need to get a water bottle!!! Exercising=sore...that was me yesterday and today. This next week is going to rock!
I started riding my bike with my neighbor every morning while we pull our kids in the bike trailer. We do that for 45 minutes before I go to the gym for an hour. Excited to see the final results.

1st DAY

I need to get a picture going so people know what I really look like! Today so good so far. I'm very excited because three of my pairs of jeans did not make it to the button. Not good. I have a girlfriend I go ridding bikes with in the morning pulling our babies, so that should burn at least 200 calories. I can already tell I need to stop eating Boston's left overs. Not a good habit to get into!

I'm offical

I'm officially part of the biggest loser group!!!
I'm so excited to be doing this. I have 8 weeks to get to 150 before I can get pregnant. I gotta want my husband to want me right?
My goals:
Making great food choices
Writing down everything I eat
Not eating after 7pm
Exercise 6 days a week
GO....FIGHT....WIN!!!
